Frequently Asked Questions
Do you direct bill to insurance?
Yes! We accept all major insurance plans and we offer direct billing to all insurance providers so your visit can be as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Is there a Dentist at your clinic?
No, Soleil is an independent dental hygiene practice. I take the time to do a thorough exam of your teeth and gums at each visit, and if I notice anything that needs a dentist’s attention, I work closely with trusted dentists and specialists in the area to make sure you’re supported.
Do you see kids?
Absolutely! I love working with kids and helping them feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair. I aim to make visits fun, gentle, and educational so they can build healthy habits early on.
What services do you provide?
I offer dental cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, desensitizing, silver diamine fluoride (SDF), sealants, and whitening. Every appointment is personalized to your comfort and your oral health needs. You can find more information about the services Soleil offers
How long are appointments?
Everyone is different, and appointments are never rushed. Typically your first appointment will be 90 minutes to allow for time to go over your medical history, discuss your dental history and any concerns, and proper charting and documentation. Going forward, typically appointments are 60-70 minutes, however there is never a limit on our time together, and I'm always willing to accommodate what works best for you.
How often should I come for cleanings?
Everyone’s smile is unique! Some people benefit from cleanings every 3–4 months, while others may only need to come every 6–9 months. Together, we’ll find the schedule that’s right for you.
Should I still see a dentist?
Yes, it’s still important to see a dentist for check-ups, X-rays, and treatments like fillings. Think of me as your partner in prevention—I’ll take care of your hygiene needs and let you know if I see anything that should be followed up with a dentist.
Can I transfer my dental records to you?
Yes, of course. With your permission, I can request your records from your previous provider so we have a complete picture of your dental history.
